ALEXIA MCSKIMMING

Dr. Alexia McSkimming trained at Adelaide University, attained her RACGP fellowship in 2018 and her FPAA Certificate in Sexual and Reproductive Health in 2021. She has worked at general practices and hospitals across SA and has previously worked at Shine SA. She is a member of the Australasian Menopause Society. 

Dr McSkimming has a keen and comprehensive interest in all areas of sexual and reproductive healthcare including; management of perimenopause and menopause, contraception, preconception care and pregnancy management, investigation and treatment of pelvic pain, PCOS, endometriosis, vulval disorders, breast concerns and menstrual and sexual health concerns. She is an MS 2-Step provider, and can insert and remove contraceptive implants and IUDs.
